Clachtoll in Sutherland, Scottish Highlands, Scotland.
Clachtoll is a small crofting community with around 30 people living in this hamlet. The caravan and camping site overlooks the beautiful sandy beach. There are many places to visit in this area and is ideal for people interested in wildlife. There are remnants of a broch on the shoreline near the beach. The area is well known for whale and dolphin spotting. During the summer months the beach is a favourite for sailing, canoeing and boating. The brave also swim and surf in the bay and for this a wetsuit is advisable as the water can be fairly cold.

The coastline around Stoer and the Point of Stoer is well known for numerous whale and dolphin sightings.
